These terms describe use of Sof and its support website. Sof is provided by the developer identified on its App Store listing. For questions about these terms, contact laterapp2@gmail.com.
For the iPhone app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license is supplied with the app. These pages supplement that agreement with Sof-specific information and do not replace it or limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Using Sof
Sof plays generated color noise and recorded ambient sounds for focus, relaxation, and sleep. You can combine sounds, adjust volume, save favorites, and set a sleep timer. No account is needed.
Use the app and website lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not interfere with their operation or attempt unauthorized access to systems supporting the website.
Previews, purchases, and subscriptions
White Noise is available without a purchase or listening limit. Each other sound and each mix has one 30-second preview per app session. Pausing preserves the current preview; changing to another sound or mix ends it. A used preview cannot be replayed in that session. Fully restarting the app begins a new session; backgrounding alone does not. Saving or renaming the same mix does not create another preview. Previews do not enroll you in a subscription or authorize a charge.
Full access unlocks all included sounds and unlimited custom mixes. Choose a one-time purchase (US $9.99) with no recurring charge, or an auto-renewing monthly subscription (US $3.99 per month). Local prices and applicable taxes are displayed by the App Store before purchase confirmation.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
Restore eligible purchases using Restore purchases in the app with the same Apple Account. Subscription access ends when the subscription expires, subject to any applicable billing grace period. A refunded or revoked purchase no longer grants access. Apple handles billing and refund requests, subject to its terms and applicable consumer law.
Comfortable listening
Choose a comfortable listening volume and remain aware of your surroundings. Sof is not a medical device, medical advice, or a treatment, and it does not promise a particular sleep, focus, or health outcome.
Playback and timers can be interrupted by calls, device settings, operating-system behavior, battery loss, or other apps. Do not rely on Sof for alarms, emergencies, or other safety-critical tasks.
Sound recordings and other content
The app’s code, design, and other original materials belong to their respective owners. Ambient recordings are used under the licenses listed in Sound credits in the app. Those licenses continue to apply; these terms do not restrict rights granted by Creative Commons or public-domain sources.
Creating a mix in Sof saves playback preferences on your device. It does not create an exported audio file.
Privacy and support
Our privacy policy explains local app preferences, website hosting, and information you choose to send when contacting us. Email laterapp2@gmail.com for support or privacy questions.
Availability and your rights
We may update the app, its sounds, and the website. Compatibility and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Keep device backups if you want to retain local settings; uninstalling the app may remove them.
Any warranties, liability limits, or other conditions in the applicable app license are subject to mandatory consumer rights. Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates to these terms will appear here with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
